My passion lies in the belief that dynamic personal growth happens through exploration and creative self expression. Growing up, I innately understood that I engaged in art making as a tool to self reflect and regulate my emotions. When it came time to choosing a career path, it was natural that I would pursue a field that allowed me to incorporate this understanding and encourage others to express themselves in their own unique way. I have extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities both individually and in group settings. over the years I have observed tremendous growth in the people I work with when they have access to the right settings and environment. This has led me to move to structuring my practice to incorporate both individual telehealth and contract on-site group therapy programs. By offering therapeutic services to fit into clients' preferred environments, we are able to start in a place that is safe and familiar when we embark on the emotional journey of therapy together.
